OUR NEED TO THRIVE
T.H.R.I.V.E. PH Ministries addresses the critical needs of Christian entrepreneurs in the Philippines who face financial instability, limited resources, and spiritual struggles like isolation, depression, and lack of purpose, among others. Economic challenges, such as post-pandemic recovery, effects of war, and market competition, exacerbate these issues for MSMEs, which comprise over 90% of Philippine businesses. Many lack access to modern tools (e.g., AI, data analytics) and mentorship aligned with biblical values, hindering their growth.
Churches, vital for community welfare, also struggle with inconsistent funding, limiting their outreach in education, poverty alleviation, and disaster relief.
T.H.R.I.V.E. PH Ministries responds by equipping entrepreneurs with practical skills and spiritual guidance, enabling them to build sustainable businesses that reflect integrity and stewardship (Luke 16:10-11). By fostering purpose-driven ventures, the ministry empowers entrepreneurs to overcome challenges, find meaning, and support churches’ missions, creating a cycle of growth that transforms communities.

The Story Behind
Mark Villaflor, a licensed minister and seasoned entrepreneur, founded T.H.R.I.V.E. PH Ministries to empower faith-driven entrepreneurs in the Philippines. Beginning his career as an oil service engineer in Qatar (2004), he answered a divine call to ministry, studied B.S. in Pastoral Leadership at Bethel Bible College and served as an Associate Pastor at Grace for Families. As a Management Consultant (2007), he mentored and trained over 200 companies across 10 industries, including Accenture, Chevron, and Nestle, to name a few. His entrepreneurial ventures include a tech trading business (2007), Aero 360 International (2013), an internationally recognized drone solutions company, led landmark projects such as The New Manila International Airport (NMIA), Skyway 3, MRT 7, Marawi Debris Management and Rehabilitation, to name a few, Data 360 Systems (2022), a data-driven AI startup, and DARA Consulting Inc, a business consulting firm. Despite setbacks and pandemic-driven business closures, Mark’s faith and resilience fuel his mission to guide Christian entrepreneurs toward purpose-driven success, leveraging his expertise to foster impactful businesses that honor God and uplift communities.
